Prayers and post of support are pouring in for fellow Philadelphia native and friend to Icon City, Kevyn Mines after becoming a victim in a shooting this week in Philly.
Kevyn Mines known to many in the community as adult entertainer Venom transitioned into radio hosting and web series creation after the success of "Momma'z Boiz" a series following the story of a young gay man and his mother coming to terms with his sexuality.
In a bizzarre twist of fate. Moments before the attact Kevyn wroter a detailed post of Facebook lamenting the moral issues and dilemmas that face the gay community. According to local police the altercation took place is a novelty store in central Philadelphia. The assailant shot Mr. Mines in the back and is currently still missing. Kevyn is in stable condition at an area hospital.
